Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Behavior Technician in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to children in a school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student needs.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
