About The Position

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting. The role involves implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA, providing feedback regarding client progress, and facilitating the teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals. The technician will also track client progress and program data, adhere to company policies, and maintain confidentiality of patient-related information. This position requires effective teamwork and independent work while ensuring constant communication with management and staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
  • Minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
  • Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities
