About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is a contracted role for the 2024-2025 school year, focused on supporting children with autism in a middle school educational setting. The role involves collaboration with teachers and other professionals to implement behavior plans effectively, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become registered before the start of the position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement behavior plans effectively.
  • Receive supervision from the District Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
