We protect our RBTs through scheduling considerations, including regular rotations on high decel cases, 1-hour lunch breaks, paid office time, PTO policies and more. Our BCBAs are experienced and available. RBTs get supervision, guidance and relationship building from quality clinicians. We ensure RBTs have an approachable and accessible support system when providing services for our families. At Quest we trust our RBTs and keep free from strict requirements, providing training that leads to autonomy in their role. Our RBTs ideas are heard and included by their BCBAs and are encouraged to use their training to drive their sessions.
