Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time ABA Centers of Tennessee Clarksville, TN RBT: Starting rate of $21.40 per hour. BT: Starting rate of $19.35 per hour. $500 RBT referral bonus $5,000 BCBA referral bonus Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
- Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
