About The Position

Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our team with strong supervision, structured onboarding, and a training-first culture so you can grow confidently in the RBT role. As a registered behavior technician (RBT), you will work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and track progress through daily session data.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA
• Willingness to complete RBT training (if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols
• Collect data during sessions and report progress to the clinical team
• Support skill development and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Participate in ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback
