About The Position
Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our team with strong supervision, clear guidance, and a positive work environment. Whether you’re already certified or working toward your RBT credential, we’ll help you grow your skills and build a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health. As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and track session data
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior
- Share progress with your clinical team
