About The Position

Job Summary: Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, the RBT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders. Essential Duties: % Of Role Description 100%· Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, implements treatment plans meant to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills. · Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software. · Provides updates to parents or other caretakers regarding client progress or ongoing treatments, as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor. · Ensures that all treatments provided follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols. · Possesses working knowledge of subject matter and can adapt interventions based on client needs. · Maintains client confidentiality and client dignity. · Ability to work individual and as part of a team. · Detailed oriented and proficient oral and written communication skills. Minimum Job Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma Basic knowledge of ABA principles to include, but not limited to, functions of behavior, strategies to prevent challenging behavior, teaching techniques (NET, DTT), and behavior reduction strategies. Experience: Preferred 1 year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities Lic or Cert: Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification granted by the BCBA BLC123

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic knowledge of ABA principles to include, but not limited to, functions of behavior, strategies to prevent challenging behavior, teaching techniques (NET, DTT), and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification granted by the BCBA
