There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Behavior Therapist at PBS Corp Services plays a crucial role in enhancing the autonomy and quality of life of individuals with behavioral challenges. This position involves working directly with clients and their caregivers to implement behavior support plans tailored to each individual's needs. The RBT is responsible for applying strategies outlined in these plans to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring that clients can communicate and function more effectively in their environments. In this role, the RBT will assist in restructuring environments and activities to support clients' behaviors, teaching essential skills, and facilitating the consistent implementation of behavior plans. The technician will also monitor outcomes and collect data as prescribed by the behavior analysis service plan. Effective communication with behavior analysts and regional coordinators is vital, as the RBT must respond to correspondence within 24 business hours. Daily progress notes related to the intervention plan must be completed to track client progress and ensure adherence to the established strategies. This position is not remote; RBTs will conduct client sessions in person, typically serving multiple clients in one day. The flexibility of the schedule allows RBTs to set their own availability, making it an attractive option for those seeking work-life balance. Additionally, PBS Corp Services offers a supportive environment for professional growth, including a Student Analyst Mentoring Program and free supervision for those pursuing further education in ABA.
