The Registered Behavior Technician Manager , in addition to providing support in residential programs, assists in delivering behavior analytics under the direction of a BCBA.

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified
  • Minimum 3-5 years working in human services, with one years’ experience in a supervisory role .
  • Minimum two years’ experience utilizing /implementing applied behavioral therapy
  • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team atmosphere and independently
  • MUST be at least 21 years of age and HAVE a valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicles in the course of employment.
  • Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI), SORI, DPPC and OIG background check requirements.
  • Minimum of high school degree or GED.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.
  • Must have strong computer knowledge.
  • Commitment to providing a clean home environment for the individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the BCBA.
  • Supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
  • Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
  • Offer assistance and supervision to staff members and clients to ensure the success and development of the residential program.
  • Participates in delivering comprehensive behavioral analytic services and support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
  • Implements behavior interventions, assists in data collection, and provides data reporting on target behaviors.
  • Meets regularly with BCBA to review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.
  • Create opportunities and support individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Develop and monitor creative and interesting community centered opportunities for all individuals.
  • Provide services to individuals according to DDS, MassHealth, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as The Price Center policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and assist individuals with all medical, clinical, and financial needs.
  • Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
  • Maintain required documentation according to DDS, MassHealth, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as The Price Center policies and procedures.
  • Assists individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.
  • Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.
  • Maintain core training certifications including RBT, CPR/FA, MAP Certifications , and Driver Safety.
  • Maintain additional mandated certifications and training as required by the program.
  • Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor all staff training, including core trainings , development trainings and program specific trainings .
  • Other duties as assigned.
