Requirements

  • Strong reliability and communication skills
  • Patience, professionalism, and a commitment to learning
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
  • Encouraged to complete the 40-hour RBT course

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
  • Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
  • Record accurate behavioral data
  • Support development of communication, daily living, and social skills
  • Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors
