About The Position

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, supporting its team with strong supervision, clear guidance, and a positive work environment. The company helps individuals grow their skills and build a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health, whether they are already certified or working toward their RBT credential. As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
