Experience may include senior director or VP level leadership, functional leadership, founder leadership, C suite, GM roles, or prior board service. Time commitment and compensation Time commitment and compensation vary by organization type and role. Details are shared during outreach and validation. Typically this ranges from 10 hours per quarter up to 15 hours per week depending on the role and committee load.
