Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent AND completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by BCBA or BCaBA
- Active certification through the BACB
- At least 1 year of experience providing behavior technician services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to think strategically and work under pressure
- Active PA driver's license, clearances within 1 year of hire (PA Criminal Record, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprinting through the Dept. of Education, TB).
