This is an on-site, 5 days a week role. Salary: Up to $85,000 USD. Are you a natural leader who loves being on the job and leading by example, while making sure your team succeeds? We are looking for a Workplace Team Lead to oversee the daily running of our offices.This isn't a desk job behind a computer all day. You’ll be the go-to person on the floor, managing a small, hard-working team of 6 Workplace Associates across our US and European locations. You will make sure the coffee is stocked, the desks are ready, the cleaners are doing a great job, and the office is a safe, tidy place for our employees to work.

Requirements

  • You're someone who has managed a team in a fast-paced, practical environment—think Hospitality, Retail, Commercial Cleaning, or Facilities.
  • A Proven Supervisor: You have experience managing a team of people doing manual or service-based tasks.
  • High Standards: You have a "neat freak" eye for detail and notice when something isn't up to scratch.
  • Reliable & Present: You enjoy being in the office and are happy to be on-site Monday through Friday.
  • Great with People: You can talk to anyone, from the CEO to the delivery driver, with a helpful and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: You’ll be the direct manager for 6 staff members. You’ll handle their schedules, help them solve daily problems, and keep morale high.
  • Get Hands-On: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Whether it's helping set up an event or checking that a maintenance issue was fixed properly, you lead by example.
  • Keep Us Safe & Organized: You’ll make sure all health and safety checks are done on time and that the paperwork is filed.
  • Manage Local Help: You’ll be the main point of contact for our local vendors, such as cleaning crews and repair technicians, making sure they provide the service we pay for.
  • Manage the Basics: You’ll keep track of a local budget for office supplies and maintenance to ensure we never run out of what we need.
