About The Position

The RVP of Franchise Sales, The Corcoran Group, is responsible for driving franchise sales growth within a designated market by building and managing a strong prospect pipeline, from lead generation through conversion, to meet annual targets. They are expected to clearly articulate the brand’s value proposition and growth strategy while leveraging networking and media to expand reach and accountability. They will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, owning individual and team performance through disciplined execution of sales fundamentals and continuous development. RVP's maintain accurate CRM tracking and develop comprehensive due diligence presentations to support leadership decision-making and brand events. This role also collaborate cross-functionally with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams to leverage data, tools, and resources, ensuring an effective sales funnel and seamless prospect-to-franchisee experience. The ideal candidate will reside in the western half of the United States and have access to major airport.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development, or consulting; real estate or franchise sales and exposure to luxury/lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Business Acumen: Ability to interpret financials, identify opportunities, and structure compelling business cases
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and influencing skills across in-person and virtual environments
  • Digital Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a hybrid work environment and 50–75% travel

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage end-to-end deal flow—from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing—driving consistent conversion outcomes.
  • Drive Results: Execute the brand’s sales strategy to meet or exceed annual quotas, managing multiple opportunities across the pipeline simultaneously.
  • Advise with Confidence: Lead prospect conversations and guide decision-making throughout the sales process, operating independently while leveraging leadership support at key stages.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Partner cross-functionally with brand leadership, shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams to optimize performance and improve funnel efficiency.
