About The Position

The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for overseeing the visual presentation of Ashley locations in the Tulsa metro area. This role involves managing a team of visual merchandisers, ensuring effective training, motivation, and adherence to company policies. The manager will also be tasked with evaluating employee performance, collaborating with district managers, and creatively developing merchandise displays to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of visual display experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident in the past three years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with customers.
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring process and training of visual merchandiser employees.
• Set improvement goals for training and provide one-on-one encouragement.
• Check hours and attendance for all visual merchandiser employees weekly.
• Conduct evaluations, reprimands, commendations, and separations for the visual merch team.
• Collaborate with other district managers on visual merchandising strategies.
• Change or rotate displays and signage to reflect inventory changes or promotions.
• Develop ideas for merchandise displays or window decorations.
• Arrange properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, and other accessories as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure safety and productivity.
