Pelco’s Regional Sales Managers play a pivotal role in helping bring some of the most advanced video security solutions to the market. For the last 95 years, Motorola Solutions has been making the world a safer place through constant innovation, and the Pelco portfolio takes it a step further by designing and delivering a broad range of high-quality, IP video security solutions, products, and systems that make our communities safer. This team is different from other sales organizations due to its personal engagement with end users, resellers, and technology partners. This role will be responsible for Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska.

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality: someone who excels at growing net new business
  • 4+ Years of experience in complex technical sales OR 2+ years of Video Security/Access control field sales experience
  • Comfortable working through channels and directly with end users
  • Confident in presenting/demonstrating complex technical products
  • Working Knowledge of CRMs
  • Track record of exceeding quota expectations
  • Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demos
  • Ability to reliably travel throughout the assigned territory, sometimes with minimal notice

Responsibilities

  • Drive territory engagement from tradeshows, product demos/trainings, to lunch & learns
  • Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to drive sales in the territory
  • Be a problem solver for partners (helping with quotes, proposals or helping trouble shoot objections)
  • Work Cross Functionally with other departments
  • Weekly and Quarterly Reporting around pipelines, partner pipelines and forecasting
  • Maintain best practices while working inside the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory and occasional travel within North America (as needed)
