We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across [region]. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep multifamily experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • 5+ years in a regional or senior leadership role overseeing multiple assets
  • Strong financial and operational management background
  • Experience managing large portfolios
  • Proven ability to drive NOI growth and operational efficiencies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPM®, CAPS®, or similar designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Leadership & Strategy
  • Oversee operational performance of a multifamily portfolio across multiple markets
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with ownership objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, occupancy stabilization, and NOI improvement
  • Lead capital improvement and value-add initiatives
  • Financial Performance
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across the region
  • Analyze KPIs including occupancy, delinquency, leasing velocity, and expense controls
  • Partner with asset management and ownership to optimize returns
  • Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Regional Managers and site-level leadership
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and fair housing requirements
  • Implement best practices in leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident retention
  • Oversee due diligence and onboarding of new acquisitions
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations
  • Serve as primary liaison to ownership groups and executive leadership
  • Present performance updates, strategic plans, and financial reviews
