Responsible for the overall success of the Southeast region by providing leadership for all regional employees and by driving the successful implementation of Company-wide and regional sales initiatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies for the region.
Message and implement national sales strategies and programs.
Responsible for driving sales in the region.
Establish and maintain a collaborative regional sales team.
Build strong working and personal relationships with our best customers and agents showrooms.
Responsible for setting sales goals for and reviewing performance of showroom managers and road representatives.
Responsible for biannual evaluation of the regional sales team and working with our HR Department on staffing.
Constant and strategic evaluation of the region, our customer base, regional competition and the regional sales team.
Five plus years of sales management experience with a record of proven results.
Ten plus years experience in the interior design industry.
College degree, preferably in Interior design, business, marketing or related fields a plus.
Established client relationships/following with the region’s Interior Design Community.
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace.
Strong and inherent leadership qualities with ability to build, motivate and retain a high-performing, results driven team, develop sales opportunities and build client relationships.
