About The Position

The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for driving results and ensuring excellence in pipeline management, process adoption, and organizational capability in strategic negotiation and deal execution. As a senior leader of the sales management team, this role involves leading a team of Account Directors selling NAVEX's fully integrated platform of risk and compliance solutions and services into the largest customer accounts. The position offers an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience in the enterprise software industry, including 5+ years of leading people
  • Proven track record in developing and leading successful sales teams and building a thriving team culture, including managing disciplined activity management
  • Strong business management skills and a track record of understanding successful sales methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting
