We are seeking a proven Sales Engineering leader to oversee a high performing SE team to successfully manage customer relationships and grow our mutual business. This role will be responsible to recruit, develop, and coach a high performing team supporting sales pursuit in both new and existing customers, ensure interlock with field sales territory strategy, and engage directly in strategic must-win opportunities. Additionally, this role will contribute to the Sales Engineering organization’s strategy, continuous improvement concepts, and team development with relentless tenacity to execute the vision. This role is also integral in advancing our portfolio of products and services collaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to aggregate critical field input to influence next generation products, services offerings, and analytics-based cloud software solutions.
