Requirements

A track record of driving exponential revenue growth as a VP of Sales or similar role in property restoration, or a related vertical like construction, property management, or fellow vendors who serve our same client verticals of industrial, office, retail, hospital, educational, municipal, and multi-family properties.
Experience leading multi-location teams, with the ability to inspire and achieve exceptional results.
A deep understanding of sales cycles in restoration or adjacent industries, coupled with a sharp ability to identify growth opportunities.
Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a knack for turning visibility into leads.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships.
Familiarity with insurance and restoration trends, and the ability to anticipate shifts in the market.

Oversee cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.
Represent our brand at industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities, ensuring everyone knows Paul Davis is the name to trust.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks, ensuring the team consistently exceeds performance metrics.
Analyze data, adjust strategies, and refine operations for continuous improvement
