About The Position

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Regional Vice President of Retail Sales to be responsible for supervising the Area and Branch Managers in a specific region. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President of Retail Branch Sales, the job responsibilities of the Regional Vice President of Retail Sales position include, but are not limited, to the following: Assist with the recruitment and hiring of Loan Officers and branches. Provide sales training and support. Provide leadership and direction consistent with the company’s mission, vision and values. Conduct a minimum of one quarterly site visit per branch. Conduct at least 2 meetings per month to track and ensure accountability for branches’ financial, recruitment and production goals. Communicate feedback to corporate services for process improvement to help support branch platform.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies.
  • Must have a working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and private investors.
  • Must be familiar with local, state and national laws (e.g. zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze financial information.
  • Must be a sales-oriented self-starter.
