About The Position

The Regional Vice President is accountable for executing the top line revenue and bottom-line net profit growth of each operating location within their respective region. This role is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and vision to ensure the development and growth of each of their direct reports, as well as their overall region. This position accomplishes these responsibilities through execution of local, regional, and corporate strategic initiatives. The Regional Vice President reports to MEI's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and routinely collaborates with the broader senior leadership team.
