Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ (two) years of experience supporting a sales business or channel.
  • Minimum 2+ years of Sales Management and/or Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiations and relationship management.
  • Proven experience motivating self and others.
  • Proven experience in ability to navigate travel, associated activities while maintain consistency in work schedules needed to support area sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (PowerPoint, excel, word, and Access). Specifically, in Excel the ability to create and manage Pivot Tables.
  • Demonstrate suggestive ideas interpreting sales data.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Business, Marketing) preferred or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent application of corporate training modules, policies and procedures across all respective sales offices
  • Work with Corporate resources to source, on board and train Vendors for Direct Sales strategies
  • Provide continuity across and within Vendors with their sales teams for supporting growth with Retail, Events, and Direct Sales.
  • Ensure sales team is fully acquainted with relevant market and product details
  • Act as a liaison between vendors sales offices for coordinating marketing materials
  • Start, maintain and manage Vendor efforts in a defined territory
  • Coordinates scheduling for events across the Enterprise and campaigns for Consumer Sales channels, ensuring sufficient vendor staffing to achieve sales targets.
  • Enforce vendor goals and associated KPIs
  • Demonstrate examples from past-experience of holding field teams accountable to defined KPI's.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance statistics of Vendors to measure performance against KPI's as agreed upon in Master Service Agreement and any Statements of Work.
  • Interpret, manage and create actionable sales coaching practices based on structured sales activity reports for sales channels
  • Inspect retail operations for program adherence and retailer specified rules of operations
  • Help prepare staffing plans and coordinate effort to support area events and kiosk sales efforts
  • Provide oversight, support and direction for Direct Sales efforts around Turf Management
  • Work in coordination with Corporate Vendor Management team members to evaluate sales teams performance and driving accountability to sales targets for all area sales channels
  • Work with Marketing Department to update sales collateral
  • Assist Corporate Team with inventory management of IPADs, Sales Collateral, and any market specific sales materials required.
  • Coordinate training and product demonstrations to vendor's sales teams and provide launch support with our Corporate Director of VAP for in market sales channels
  • Travel between sales channel offices, vendor offices, retail locations and event set up areas as needed.
