Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs tailored to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
Implement engaging learning sessions aligned with our company culture and business goals, utilizing various delivery methods.
Collaborate closely with the organization leaders and management to identify leadership potential within the organization.
Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and improve program effectiveness.
Coordinate training development plans across regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful training programs.
Strong understanding of QSR or a similar industry’s operations.
Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop targeted learning strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Proven ability to leverage adult learning theory to design and implement training programs that drive operational excellence and consistent adherence to standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with across teams.

Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Quarterly Bonus up to $1,000.
