The Training and Development Manager will develop a strategic plan for Knife River's Central Region Training and Development Team in conjunction with the management team. This role involves executing the vision through internal and external partnerships, working with the KRC Learning Services Team to develop and deliver training, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Training & Development Team. The manager will be responsible for meeting objectives set in conjunction with regional leadership.
