About The Position

The position is responsible for finding key decision makers in charge of roofing within various sectors including industrial, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, health care, and hospitality. The role involves developing and maintaining partnerships between these decision makers and DDP Roofing to address all their roofing needs.

Requirements

• College Diploma preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing accounts, specifically managing roofing portfolios.
• Proven experience in roof inspection, take-offs, and analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis, report generation, and visual representation of findings.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements, calculations, and estimations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, lift and set up ladders, climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Visiting existing customers and diagnosing solutions for their immediate roof problems.
• Researching and marketing target accounts through technology, cold calling, telemarketing, target marketing, and business development.
• Managing each customer's roofing portfolios and maintaining relationships with service sales reps, service teams, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing CRM to stay organized and produce reports to achieve set goals for DDP.
• Maintaining productive relations with customers and associates to ensure the company mission of delivering satisfaction and quality is met or exceeded.
• Willingness to travel to maintain relationships and manage projects.
