About The Position

The Regional Team Leader at Karma Diva Green Cleaning is responsible for overseeing operations in designated geographical areas, ensuring quality service delivery, and managing a team of cleaning technicians. Requirements

• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Smartphone, laptop, and mouse for administrative tasks.
• Clean background check and 3-5 professional references.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Be on call Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM to cover for cleaning techs as needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks as required, alongside administrative duties.
• Support the Quality Assurance Team and provide guidance to cleaning techs.
• Conduct client consultations and manage scheduling for cleaning services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding schedules and service updates.
• Interview and onboard new cleaning techs, providing mentorship and training.
• Maintain records and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and provide feedback to cleaning techs.
