To manage the day-to-day operation of an external sales team consisting of Independent Reps and Territory Managers. This management includes motivating the sales team, implementing sales strategy, achieving sales targets, and developing new business. The Regional Team Leader will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering professional, quality, and “best in class service” initiatives on the company’s front line. Provides a management-level point for all team members. Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel. Establishes productive relationships with the sales team thru frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of marketing investment.
