As a Regional Taproom Manager (RTM) for Topa Topa Brewing, you will oversee the efficient operation of the Ventura, Ojai, and Santa Barbara taprooms. This role focuses on ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff, and coordinating events to enhance the taproom experience while driving revenue in a cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, employee management, and maintaining taproom cleanliness, all while reporting to the Director of Planning and Operations.
