About The Position

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process across assigned regions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and candidate engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • OR 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience (with degree)
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and candidate management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, EEOC, and employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (BambooHR preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and data tracking tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned regions and facilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Review applications, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate screenings
  • Conduct high-volume interviews (up to 8–10 per day, ~20 minutes each)
  • Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Support background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and hiring progress to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regional leadership
