About The Position

Regency Integrated Health Services is the management company of 69 skilled nursing facilities, a home health, hospice, and Nurse Practitioner companies in Texas. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for assisting facilities with staffing shortages, maintaining and expanding professional relationships with all college programs related to the skilled nursing industry. The Corporate Recruiter will assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies with the Recruiting Manager to meet short and long-term hiring goals and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets. The Recruiter will report to the Corporate Recruiting Manager. Will allow for remote work/work from home, but must reside in the assigned region, as there is significant travel required to support skilled nursing facilities in the Corpus Christi region to include Rockport, Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Calallen, Alice, San Diego, Robstown, and George West.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Associate degree or some college coursework is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Human Resources professional is required.
  • At least one year of knowledge in HR basic principles and talent sourcing is required.
  • Must be willing to travel to facilities as needed including overnight stays.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • MUST reside in Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with identifying quality candidates to fill open positions at the corporate office or within any of 58 skilled nursing facilities as assigned by the Corporate Recruiting Manager.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in determining position qualifications and reviewing potential applicants.
  • Engage in various recruitment best practices that will serve the best interest of the facility in reducing the number of open positions.
  • Plan recruiting campaigns and target, contact, and qualify candidates for any given facility as assigned.
  • Engage in campus recruitment throughout our regions, including LVN/RN Programs, CNA programs, Healthcare Administration programs, and other career fairs.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, administering pre-employment assessments, interviewing, and logging candidate information into the ATS.
  • Maintain the ATS database and perform quality checks on assigned facilities.
  • Write and develop creative advertisements and social media posts on LinkedIn.
  • Create online positions on various external sites such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Craigslist, and Indeed.
  • Develop and foster a network of contacts through job boards, referrals, professional groups, colleges and universities, social networking sites, and community events.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Corporate Recruiting Manager and/or VP of Human Resources.
