About The Position

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at St. Joseph Medical Center is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to support recruitment efforts for Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience in coaching leaders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruiters supporting Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics.

  • Oversee recruiting processes and systems.
  • Manage vendor relations for recruitment services.
  • Guide future changes to evolve Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Assist with sourcing active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviewing processes.
  • Negotiate compensation and job offers with candidates.
  • Analyze job market trends and prepare reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.
