About The Position
Objective: Providing farm labor, train and develop employees skillset to assigned unit for maximum production, safety, efficiency, and profitability. Provide and develop individual leadership and skillset in all areas of the sow farm.
Requirements
- 2-4-year degree in Agriculture or equal experience
- 1+ Years Livestock Experience with high school diploma preferred
- Mypipestone as assigned
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work and attend meetings
- Ability to work weekends if needed
Responsibilities
- Provide labor, train employees on protocols, and provide direction to ensure efficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively, teach and work with diversified work environment
- Assist and execute training as assigned by supervisor
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Overnight travel required
- Maintain PIPESTONE core values
