About The Position
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, including customers, projects, and onsite teams, to drive strategic decision-making and implement data-driven action plans. Ensures performance metrics are clearly defined, understood, and met while continuously optimizing operational processes. Proactively identifies needs and supports the growth and development of key personnel to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
