The Regional Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and administration of a coordinated supply support system that operates efficiently. Develops and implements methods and systems for improving operational efficiencies, and controls supply inventory. This will include the procurement, receiving & handling, transportation, storing, accounting, and issuing of materials. Develops and maintains Key Performance Indicators. Develops and implements Supply Chain best practices. Ensures adequate supply levels and coordinates timely supply distribution. Maintains open lines of communication to ensure materials meet the required standard. Provides leadership, guidance and support to physicians and staff to develop their understanding of supply chain best practices to ensure operational and financial goals are met. Develops cost reduction programs while maintaining satisfaction levels. Identifies sourcing opportunities, service improvements and product standardization consistent with the goals of meeting the client's expectations. Actively participate in the Value Analysis program. Maintains and supports all manual and automated systems for purchasing, receiving and distribution activities to include shipping activities as required (outbound).
