We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the supply chain operations within a specific geographic region. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain or logistics management, with a focus on regional operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
Ability to travel within the region as needed

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives
Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution within the region
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, costs, and service levels
Lead and develop local supply chain teams, fostering continuous improvement and best practices
Identify risks within the regional supply chain and develop mitigation plans
Manage regional budgets and ensure spending aligns with company policies
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance supply chain operations
