Position Description: The Regional Supply Chain Director oversees multi-site management and integrates business process activities within their territory to deliver safe, cost-effective performance with a customer-centric approach. Responsible for ensuring profitable inventory and operations, the RSCD collaborates closely with Field Leadership and coaches General Managers to achieve performance goals. Additionally, the role executes and deploys supply chain initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead the General managers and SC talent pool, ensuring goal alignment, development, coaching, and performance tracking and creating pipeline and succession plans
  • Collaborate with Sales to define and execute on regional strategies to drive market growth
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to deliver Supply chain strategy.
  • Collaborate with up-stream supply chain leadership to ensure profitable inventory, product assortment, and product movement with DC networks
  • Demonstrate leadership that engages and empowers SC talent to own their performance, grow their careers, continuously learn and contribute to the company mission and vision
  • Ensure adherence to EHS policies and procedures to create a safe and secure environment.
  • Establish and maintain a presence at all assigned DCs to ensure performance meets and exceeds standards
  • Implement and maintain the standardization of best practices in operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage overall cost of end-to-end P&L for assigned DCs
  • Manage regional operations controlling inventory accuracy, product movement, warehouse operations, fleet operations, and on-time delivery performance to deliver cost effective performance and high customer satisfaction.
