Our vision is for all new arrivals to be welcomed with equitable, high-quality services and resources so they can maximize their potential. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As the HS/PRS Regional Supervisor, you will lead a regional team of Caseworkers dedicated to conducting home studies and providing post-release services to unaccompanied children and their sponsors. Your leadership will ensure that services are delivered with empathy, excellence, and compliance - empowering your team to support families through each step of their journey. You will: Supervise PRS Caseworkers (Level 1 & 2) and Home Study Caseworkers. Oversee assessments, case reviews, and quality assurance of home studies and service plans. Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Ensure timely, thorough documentation and adherence to program standards. Collaborate across departments and with community partners to connect families to critical resources.
