About The Position

We are looking for a Regional Strategic Messaging and Content Lead to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Regional Strategic Messaging and Content Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's messaging on specialized topics such as sustainability, digitalization and innovation across various channels to reinforce its brand and position in the market. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in crafting clear, compelling content that aligns with our company objectives, enhances stakeholder engagement, and supports both internal and external communications initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic communications, content creation, or corporate messaging with a focus on sustainability, innovation, or digital transformation.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree or Certifications in Sustainability, Digital Transformation, or Innovation.
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools or familiarity with collaborating with designers for multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging, clear, and concise content for a variety of formats and audiences.
• Translate complex topics into accessible content related to sustainability, innovation, and digitalization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Engage with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners using strong interpersonal skills.
• Utilize digital and social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools to drive content strategies and track performance.
• Think creatively and strategically to bring fresh ideas for content campaigns that resonate with key audiences.
• Understand environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
• Optimize content through digital marketing, SEO, and content strategies.
