About The Position

This position will lead the operations and maintenance of multiple solar and storage sites in Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee and Louisiana. Under limited and general guidance leaders in this position manage all aspects of business and operations while maintaining an injury free work force and achieving production and business targets. Leader ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 7+ years
• Leadership Experience: 5+ years
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, central organizations support team, vendors and OEMs for the furtherance of organizations goals
• Ensures all safety, environmental, performance, and budget targets are met
• Develop and grow the team/business
• Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Ensures compliance to all Power Generation Division (PGD) operational model processes
• Leads by example and emulates the PGD shared values
• Monitors and Controls budget ensuring targets are met for their region
• Leads, manages, and develops the team within their region
