The Regional Service Supervisor will manage the assigned region to ensure that clients' in-home care needs are met while maintaining compliance with Federal/State Regulations and program rules. This role involves overseeing daily intake/referral processes, local payroll processes, and AR processes to ensure positive business growth and development.

  • Train Service Coordinators and Administrative Staff in company Policies and Procedures.
  • Supervise and coach a team of assigned employees.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement efforts.
  • Conduct and monitor advanced reporting and oversight activities for regional operations.
  • Oversee the enrollment of clients and employees in services.
  • Oversee local payroll, authorization, and AR operations.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, clients, and employees.
  • Conduct business in accordance with state, federal, program, and contract requirements.
  • Oversee client assessments and home visits.
  • Maintain the necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow.
  • Exhibit computer efficiency.
  • Demonstrate dependability.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Lead and monitor deliverables and ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Participate in and assign professional development and training activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services.
  • Represent the company at stakeholder meetings, health fairs, and provider fairs.
  • Market services to referral sources.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology or Related Field with one-year experience working with individual(s) with disabilities or the elderly - or - 6 years' experience serving individuals with disabilities OR combination of education and experience.
  • Must maintain reliable transportation and valid insurance for in-state travel.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
