In this role, you will utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, specifically CenterPoint Connect, to manage service tickets, scheduling, invoicing, and budgeting. You will also be involved in the hiring and training of Service Technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the demands of the job. Your responsibilities will include assisting with new construction project management, reviewing scopes of work, and managing leak call notifications. You will be tasked with maintaining constant communication with crew leads and customers, ensuring timely updates and high-quality service delivery. As a leader, you will oversee multiple service crews, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth business processes. You will participate in weekly service department meetings, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and assist with recruiting and retaining field technicians.
