About The Position

The Regional Service Manager will serve as a point of contact for assigned sites within a region, assisting and guiding Site Operations Managers at Park and Mall locations. The Regional Service Manager ensures that all VENU+ product lines located at our customer sites are maintained effectively and efficiently keeping in mind VENU+ and customer standards of safety, functionality, and show quality. To deliver these guidelines, the Regional Service Manager will be required to have a thorough understanding of the equipment utilization and demand during the year and manage parts, labor, and supplies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Logistics, Engineering, etc.)
  • 4+ years supervisory experience in a theme park, entertainment, or a fleet maintenance environment
  • Mechanically inclined and oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and planning skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Able to work in a fast-paced
  • Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Travel with assigned region
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Ensure company standards are met including routine service schedules and maintenance reports while providing safe, exceptional, and timely delivery service
  • Set goals, budgets, and performance benchmarks to ensure regional customer service performance is up to company standards
  • Review reports for accuracy, cost of goods sold percentages, and merchandise trends
  • Maintain and install mobility, locker, and amusement equipment at customer sites
  • Assist with management responsibilities: interviewing, mentoring, training, and developing associates
  • Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement or increased efficiency
  • Plan, manage, and carry out service trips and projects including completing trip maintenance itinerary, supervising associates, and customer site set up
  • Actively identify, locate, and procure new opportunities to install equipment with assigned sites
  • Prepare bi-weekly work schedules within determined labor budget
  • Monitor trends and customer feedback to identify new prizes and products, with the intention of increasing customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned
