Atkore's network of (6) Regional Service Centers (RSC) is a strategic pillar that contributes to the overall success of Atkore. We are currently looking for a Regional Service Center Manager for our Philadelphia, PA. Reporting to Vice President of RSC Operations, this person will be the primary leader of the facility, as such he/she is accountable for leading all distribution functions of the facility, ensuring that the facility effectively supports and interacts with Atkore's business units, manufacturing facilities, HQ functions and customers. This position is accountable to customer service metrics such as Delivery On-Time in Full. Additionally, this position is accountable for all safety programs, shipping & receiving, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation functions. This role manages Atkore's relationship with the Landlord, Security, and Environmental, Health, and Safety . The RSC Manager leads exempt and non-exempt associates across multiple shifts of operation. Demonstrated experience using Lean tools and a track record of project management is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management with 10+ years of demonstrated leadership experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
