About The Position

This position will provide administrative support to allow our field technicians to focus on their high volume of service calls. The individual will be responsible for administrative support, scheduling, and preventative maintenance services (sales) for a growing service department. This is an in-office position, not remote.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, 2- or 4- year degree preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in customer service or administrative focused role; HVAC industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience with MS Office, proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skills
  • Very close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • High volume phone calls and emails
  • Updating service team calendars
  • Form completion/submission such as tax exemption forms, vendor packets, and insurance requests
  • Parts requests
  • Meter calibration tracking
  • Intake and scheduling of service requests from customers
  • Coordinate scheduling changes and enter notes of local service teams
  • Contact customers on behalf of service regions
  • Work with local service team on PM quotes
  • Agreement tracking and renewals
