This role is open to candidates outside the current region who are willing to relocate to the Omaha, NE territory . Location: Omaha, NE (relocation required) Travel: Up to 75% travel across NE, IA, ND, and MD

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to drive results across multiple markets.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, ROI, and budget management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Omaha, NE area and travel extensively within the region, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities, providing guidance, training, and support both onsite and virtually.
  • Drive and maintain 95%+ occupancy through effective sales, marketing, and public relations strategies.
  • Coach sales teams on relationship-building with prospects, families, and referral partners throughout the decision-making process.
  • Partner with Executive Directors to address challenges, drive growth, and achieve business goals.
  • Support community events, direct mail efforts, networking activities, and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop KPI-driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
  • Serve as an Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed, supporting tours, lead generation, and CRM accuracy.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Maintain regular communication with the CEO to support strategy development, brainstorming, and execution.
