About The Position

Join GardaWorld as a Regional Security Manager! The Regional Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of security projects and initiatives across multiple sites. This role is heavily administrative and involves close collaboration with the Account Manager to ensure the successful delivery of security services. The Security Portfolio Manager will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process.
  • At least 5 years of administrative/security management or other relevant experience.
  • Must have experience in the security industry within banking.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee security operations at multiple sites.
  • Work with vendors, employees, maintenance, etc.
  • Assist with ordering inventory, supplies, and other related orders as needed.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Assist with designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; and making necessary adjustments.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to align on upcoming events, special visitors, and/or special projects.
  • Respond quickly to critical situations.
  • Provide access control to the facility.
  • Observe and report activities at an assigned site.
  • Enforce the procedure, regulation, and standards of the client.
  • Other duties as assigned by GardaWorld and client contract requirements.
